About
Welcome and thank you for taking the time
to learn a little about me
My path into this work has been shaped by my own experiences of transition, loss, healing, and re-orientation, moments that deepened my curiosity about the relationship between mind, body, and identity. I’ve been immersed in personal development since my late twenties, and in 2013 I began formally supporting others in their growth. Over four years as a Relational Facilitator and Relationship Coach, I discovered how much I valued depth work and holding space for the fuller story beneath patterns and emotions. That led me to begin my five-year psychodynamic psychotherapy training in 2017 at the Ontario Psychotherapy and Counselling College (formerly OPC Program).
I work in the integrative space where psychology, biology, and physiology meet. In practice, this means recognizing how hormones, nervous system patterns, life experiences, and relationships shape one another, and how attending to all of these layers can expand understanding and create meaningful, sustainable change. I believe every person deserves a compassionate, steady space to explore their thoughts, emotions, and life challenges at a pace that feels right for them.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my family and I am a step-parent to a teenage daughter. I also share my days with a much-loved fur companion who has been by my side for many years. If we work together online, you may not see him, but he is often resting quietly at my feet. I’m naturally creative and find joy in projects that allow me to express that part of myself, whether through painting, designing, or building things.
Each of these experiences continues to inform the care I offer and reflects my commitment to thoughtful, attuned support that honours the uniqueness of every person who sits with me.
If you have questions or would like to explore working together, I welcome you to reach out. It would be a privilege to walk alongside you as you navigate whatever comes next. Whether we work together or not, please know that no matter who you are or what brings you here, you are worthy of care.
