Individual Therapy

A space to understand yourself more fully

Individual therapy offers a calm, supportive space to pause and reflect on what’s happening within and around you. You might come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or unsure how to make sense of the changes in your life. Together, we explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns with curiosity and compassion; looking not only at what’s difficult, but also at what might be trying to emerge.

My Approach

My approach blends psychodynamic therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with gentle somatic awareness. We might look at how past experiences influence your present relationships, how your body signals stress or need, and how you can move toward more clarity, ease, and self-understanding.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, ADHD, or emotional changes related to menopause, therapy can be a space to reconnect with yourself and explore what you’re experiencing with curiosity and care.

You don’t have to have the right words or a clear plan to begin. If something in you is asking for support or change, we can explore that together in a way that feels manageable and respectful of your own pace.

If you’d like to see whether working together feels like a good fit, I offer a free consultation where you can ask questions and get a sense of my approach.
